Return Policy

Important Notice: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been used, is not damaged, and is in its original packaging.

  • Any hygiene-related item has not been opened or used.

  • The product was not part of a clearance sale, promotional sale, or discounted sale.

  • The item is not marked as final sale.

  • You contact us first by email before making the return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return address (do not return items to the sender’s address).

To request a return, please email support@mariaysofiajoyas.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A clear photo (if the item is damaged)

  • Your shipping address

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been visibly used, damaged, or returned outside the terms listed above.

All returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, our system processes it immediately. This means:

  • After that point, the order is already being packed and prepared for shipment, even if tracking has not yet been updated.

  • Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds will only be issued:

  • If the return is approved under the terms stated above.

  • And after we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.

We do not refund shipping costs, return shipping fees, or items returned without prior approval.

Transit and Location Notice

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia. Due to this international transit, occasional delays may occur outside of our control. Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If the product is already in transit, please wait until delivery before initiating a return.

Refund Process (if eligible)

If your return is approved and the product meets our conditions:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

  • Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable; they may be exchanged for an item of equal value if approved.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and sharing the tracking number with our team.
