(Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the local postal service).

Cancellations

Because we work with an automated fulfillment system, your order is processed and enters the shipping queue immediately after purchase.
Even if tracking has not been updated yet, the package is already moving within our logistics chain.
We cannot cancel or refund the order once payment has been confirmed.
In this case, we kindly ask you to wait for the package to be delivered and then follow our standard return process if needed.
